The "map" guides you through the balanced scorecard process. It is a flowchart of the program, as follows:

The map is devided into 3. SETUP, DATA ENTRY and RESULTS. These are the steps to implementing a strategy in a balanced scorecard model.

 

SETUP determines the level of perfomance detail required. Performance analysis is available for the whole organization and where setup data exists analysis per each of the setup criteria. i.e. performance scorecards per person, department, process or sector.  

DATA ENTRY handles data relevant to the construction of the balanced scorecard eg scorecard strategies, objectives performance metrics, etc and the recording the results of the periodic measurements.

The software  processes the model and provide the answers in RESULTS
