Balanced scorecard flowcharts

Flowcharting the scorecards (top left flowchart) is another way in which the performance metrics of the balanced scorecard can be represented. Flowcharts are also handy for producing process charts (in blue above) mapping activities via processes to super processes.Organization charts (bottom chart) are also easily created with this software. Any flowchart can be created and printed. The software creates three flowcharts automatically; the organisational chart, process flowchart and the balanced scorecard diagram.
 

The flowcharting tool facility within the software provides a means of producing flowcharts based on the information provided to the software. For instance the data provided during the data entry of people forms the basis of the organization chart which you can then edit as desired.
