We supply software updates to users who have taken out a 12 month support arrangement. This arrangement covers software support via email, telephone or fax as well as software updates when available.
Most of our users want to keep their software up-to-date at the latest version and have access to our support services. We have two support options which are detailed below. We recommend these services to all users.

- Cost - 10% of current software cost
Advantages:
- Includes product support by telephone, fax and email.
- Includes same version upgrades.
The version numbers of the products consist of an integer followed by a decimal point and some digits e.g. 5.003. All same version upgrades will retain the original integer but the digits to the right of the point will change. Users on standard support enjoy free access to all same version updates when they are released. When there is a major rewrite the integer will change. This is a next version upgrade and an upgrade fee is charged to purchase the next major version.

- Cost - 20% of current software cost
Advantages:
- Includes product support by telephone, fax and email.
- Includes ALL version upgrades.
When there is a major rewrite the version integer will change. Under the premium support package the next version upgrade is provided at no additional cost.
Users who have a current support arrangement are eligible to receive software updates and support.
