Balanced scorecard performance overview

The recorded measurements for the objectives in each perspective for each scorecard strategy are displayed in various formats for analysis and performance management.  In "20-20"  the color coded ratings column facilitates detection of problems. In the example above just below the grid are the color codings ranging from green for Outstanding to red for Problem. Each color also has a character equivalent ranging from A for Outstanding to E for Problem.

Each tab displays the relevant results for the selected strategy. e.g The selected strategy  is Increase turnover by 15% You can see the color coded control panels for the perspectives, objectives and measurements associated with this strategy.
