Balanced scorecard performance in 'tree' view

Another way in which the performance metrics can be viewed is in the 'tree' like structure above. Again with the color coded panel on the right you can see at a glance which areas are outperforming, meeting scorecard targets or underperforming etc.  The structured approach of "20-20" allows for varying levels of information display depending on the needs of differenmt segments of the organization so you can drill down or roll up the display levels to suit.
