- User pays per incident (up to 15 minutes is allowed per incident. Each additional 15 minutes or part thereof incurs a further fee).
- Cost - $75 per incident. Support is via email, telephone or fax.

Most of our users pay an annual maintenance fee.
The maintenance is available at very reasonable cost and we recommend our maintenance and support service arrangements to all users. Not only do you get support included, you also get access to software updates. Click here to see the maintenance arrangements available.
